"the pool has too much chlorine in it, real cloudy, couldn't see the bottom of the pool in the 3 ft of water, would say they need more elevators for the size of the hotel, luckily we were on the 6th floor, lots of people had to wait for them on lower floor also employees use the same elevators, overall the rooms are nice, the bed aren't too bad,the rooms were clean, the continental breakfast was so-so, would have to say they treated us well during the boil restristion, because of the floods." — source Travelocity
