"I would have gone to another motel immediately if ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE had not already charged me for the room and we did not have time to search for another place to stay. The wall paper was peeling off of the walls, there were dark grease smudges on both the outside and bathroom door, there was not a chain to secure the door, the door facing was loose, the fire extinguisher was hanging from the ceiling, the wall had been patched with a board and looked terrible and the non-smoking room smelled like smoke." — source Travelocity
