"i thought the overall appearence with the hotel was nice,check-in was fast,however when i arrived in my room i had to call housekeeping immidately the bed spreads did not look clean and that really made me uncomfortable and i had a light bulb out on the track lighting to which when i left on the 2nd of sept the bulb was still out and i spoke to them about it on the day of check-in,it was just a light bulb." — source Travelocity
