In the end we stayed in this place three times so they must be doing something right!
It is very much in the centre of Paharganj and very close to New Delhi railway station. It has a cheap internet cafe and a reliable well priced travel agency run by friendly sikh brothers - but watch out for the non sikh helper who tried to keep our change!
We stayed in one of the cheaper fan rooms for our first few nights, it was 350 for a double with ensuite but the lack of a window eventually got to me and it really was a grotty room
We then moved to Room 303 which cost 800 baht but had natural light, a fridge, a tv with 12 english channels and aircon - hot water is hit and miss!
They have a generator which is a must in delhi as the power is flakey
My advice would be to see a few rooms as they vary wildley in price and standard
The restaurant does good food and was the one place in Paharganj that didnt make us ill
Unfortuantely you do have to put up with the guys knocking on your door every few hours to see if you want anything - sometimes it's great timing, most the time its annoying (especially at 8am!)
