First of all, you should note that we did not stay here.  But we stayed across the street.  When we locked ourselves out of our cabin, on Christmas day, one of his with the flu and a high fever, and late at night with a child, the owner and so-called "host", Dorothy, could not have been LESS helpful.  First she wouldn't let us in the door since Christmas dinner was about to be served.  She refused to let us use the phone to call our cabin's owner.  She barely gave us a moment's attention, stating she had to get dinner served.  She blatantly lied to our faces, having told use she called to let him know we were locked out, only to find out later she had not.  Oh, the holiday spirit.  Merry Christmas to you too, Bitch!
