A Day in Cordoba

Wed seen a number of hotdog stands throughout Argentina, but we consumed our first Super Pancho in Cordoba. The contents of the Super Pancho: hotdog, bun, mustard and potato sticks. Yum!

Cordoba was a stopover on route to Mendoza, but we were pleasantly surprised by the sites, churches and plazas we were able to take in during our one day there.  We took a bus tour around the city which afforded us great views of the ïntellectual capital¨of Argentina.
