This is more like it!

after one more night at the sklodge, we took a bus to the coral coast where we'd booked a couple of nights in a place called Korotogo. When we got there it turned out we couldn't stay because they had taken a gropu booking for the whole place!! the only room they could offer uswas a "dorm" a tiny room with a single bed and bunk beds, and they'd already siad that another guy could stay there too but they woud kick him out if we wanted it!

we ended up staying next door for three nights. went to an "ecopark" which lonely planet describes as a "must". wouldn't go that far but it was pretty cool. we got to hold some iguanas which madeduncs day, i ended up with one on my head! Unfortunately it was still raining pretty much all the time but it's still warm so not too bad!

The next day we walked in to Sigatoka.. well we set off to walk, but my flipflops broke (what we thought was halfway there bt turned out to be about a quarter of the way there!) flagged down a taxi which wasn't too hard as there are absolutely LOADS of them stopping every two minutes to try and pick you up. not much to do in Sigatoka town so bought some flip flops and supplies and headed back to the hotel.

next day we took the bus further down the coast towards Korolevu, and we're now staying in the beachouse. It's the place where they filmed celebrity love island and is cool. yesterday we went horseriding on the beach and today we went on a jungle trek to a really beautiful waterfall. Dunc's been out on the kayaks a couple of times and i'm lazing away the days in hammocks and on the swing hung from a palm tree on the beach! seems we re-found paradise!al we ned now is for the sun to come out! but at least it's stopped raining inthe day time now. we're planning on staying here until Monday and then one more night in Nadi and of to NZ on the 24th!

will add some photo's later, haven't got the camera right now!

Looks like you're having fun. Been to lots of exciting places. The little sizzlers want to hold an iguana too. The last one I held died the same day. I'll stick to cats & dogs. Had quite tropical weather in UK too, much cheaper than a trip round the world. Have fun in NZ - please check if the water really goes down the plughole the other way(Clockwise up here - we've just checked). Bye for now.
