We arrived at the villa and were met by Martin and Judith Evans. What a beautiful place - but what a nightmare the security!
The wedding happened on the saturday on the side of a hill in a great gale. Andrew and Clare stood under a gazebo that threatened to blow away, and 80 of us held our communal breath while the rain held off for just long enough for the ceremony to take place. it was breathtaking - the wind, the view, tranquility, pure magic - and the vows they made were made with complete sincerity and moved more than one of us to tears!
As we walked indoors the heavens opened, but we had a great party!
