I had the most amazing week in Hong Kong, and managed to fit a lot in to the week I had there. There's a few things I missed though and I definitely want to go back at some stage! I stayed with Dad's brother and his wife in Ho Man Tin, Kowloon. They were fantastic hosts and it was great seeing Hong Kong from an insider's perspective rather than just as a tourist....
