Despite the roaches, ants, and dust bunnies this place was good enough, and we were sick of moving.  The large rooms had very comfortable beds, and the ensuite bathrooms had a hot water shower when they had any water at all (they ran out a couple of times).  The unhelpful but not unfriendly proprietor's house was an enormous teak mansion that was truly an unkempt work of art.  A better deal than most at only 200 BHT per night for our fan equiped double.
