“really felt like we were exploring unchartered territory - an unspoilt corner of earth” |
15th - 16th Dec - Making friends & exploring Chiang Mai and surrounds. Also organised trecking tour
17th 19th Dec - Wonderful treck up in the mountains near Chiang Mai and stayed with some of the mountain tribes - did not see any other tourists on the way - really felt like we were exploring an unspoiled part of the earth. Also went on an elephant ride.
20th Dec - back in Chiang Mai - not feeling the best so didn't do much.
