Review of Grande Cru

My husband and I tried to make it a point to eat at all the restaurants near the hotels during our trip to St. Thomas. We agreed that experiencing the different dining experiences is one of our favorite parts of traveling.

I was very excited to go to this restaurant. It was recommended to us by friends. I did enjoy it very much. After days of wearing bathing suits and shorts, it was fun to dress up a little bit. My husband and I had a great "date" at Grande Cru. The restaurant offered a long list of fine wines and tropical tapas. I LOVED the martini bar. The crème Brule was to die for! And I strongly recommend you try the chocolate espresso martini. YUM! This was definitely on the top of my favorite restaurant lists.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to any traveler in that area. With its sleek, modern feel, we could have easily been sitting in a Manhattan upscale restaurant. It felt like a vacation from our vacation.
