At last - I break into the SOUTH AMERICAN continent.

During my time in Panama City, I had met an Argentinean gentleman who told me of another way to get to Colombia........

I got a flight from Panama city to Puerto Obaldia, which is on the San Blas islands of Panama.  From here I got a boat over the border to Capurgana and into Colombia.  A very interesting boast ride, through rough seas, I was completely soaked from head to toe by the time I got to Colombia. Capurgana is a nice beach town.  My first taste of Colombia was a good one.  I travelled here with some guys who had joined me from Panama after I discovered this unique way of travelling.  We relaxed in the evening and left the next morning to the next stop.
