En San Andrés, a escasos kilómetros de Valverde. Un barecillo de pueblo muy apañao. Imprescindible el queso ahumado herreño y la carne de cabra. El vino, peleón como él sólo.

Merece la pena darse un regalo y comer en el Parador Nacional de El Hierro. Ofertan una carta con platos de la tierra pero con un toque de alta cocina muy interesante.

Comida bien presentada; unos pulpos impresionantes; un ambiente genial; al lado del Hotel más pequeño del mundo; Un servicio cercano; y según el Pisco, unas lapas herreñas que quitan el hipo.
