I did winter camping "properly" once, a long time ago. Suited up in arctic wear & given enormous sleeping bags, we dug holes in the snow to sleep in. Surprisingly cosy experience. And once was enough.
Welcome now to yurt camping: pseudo-camping for the chill-averse. There are lights, heat, even a gas BBQ hook-up. Think portable youth hostel that sleeps six. The point? Get outside & enjoy the crisp, sunny days of a pristine Winter.
