Having lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over three years, my husband and I have hit every tourist and little known spot from Napa to Carmel. But we knew there was more to this part of the country than wine and surf, so we headed downward and inland to see what we could find.
Having only nine days and being 5-months pregnant at the time, we realized our trip had to encompass two things:
- We had to be able to travel relatively quickly from one destination to another
- The destinations had to be relatively populous (with easy access to restrooms!)
Heres our story.
