Review of Contrast Brugge

We stayed at Contrast B & B for five nights in July 2005.  The reception from out hosts was second to none.  They were happy to share information on the local area with us and even allowed us to take a tour of their home which has recently been renovated.  The rooms are located in the garden of what was once a monastery and are contemporary in style whilst sympathetic to the architecture of the main house.  Each room has its own terrace adjoining the garden.  The Bed & Breakfast is very centrally located and adjacent to the canal.  The surroundings are peaceful whilst been less than a short stroll from the main square in Brugges.  The highlight was the fantastic reception from our hosts who were welcoming and helpful without being intrusive.
