I feel its important to be honest.  We, honestly, have not done laundry since Thailand.  India is DIRTY.  You don't even feel clean when you step out of the shower.  There are no laudrymats in Asia.  You have to pay people to hand wash your clothes and dry them on their lines.  This worked great in the rest of Asia but like we said, India is dirty.  So, we were filthy.  It is here, that we finally did some laundry.  So what if we washed our clothes in an Indian hotel bathroom and dried them on a clothes line we strung throughout the hotel room.  The important thing to take away from this is that we DID laundry.  Ok.

Another important fact is that on this particular day, we fell in love with the Indian breakfast of aloo parantha and chai tea.  Aloo parantha is a potato stuffed thin bread with butter.  Chai tea (note we fell in love with this the minute we arrived in India) is a spicy hot tea made with milk.  OH, It is SOOOOO Good.  mmmmm.....

Moving on, we were at a bird sanctuary/National Park.  There are suppose to be hundreds of species of really big birds here.  Its part of the migratory route for many species of bird.  Even though the park has been in a drought for five years and the bird population has diminished, it was Spectacular.  We rented bikes and rode through the park for most of the day.  We saw so many wild deer, a jackel and monkeys in addition to the birds.  We saw some kingfishers, ibis', woodpeckers, herons, cranes, parrots, and a bunch more birds we haven't identified yet...don't worry we took pictures of all of them.  Go slideshow!

We did this for over 5 hours and headed home for lunch and began our internet quest ...third times the charm.  We relaxed the rest of the evening and gave our sore asses a break...the seats of the bikes weren't really padded.
