For visitor information and hotel bookings, head for the Berlin Tourist Information Center, Europa Center (near Memorial Church); the entrance is on the Budapesterstrasse side. It's open Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm. There's also a branch at the south wing of the Brandenburg Gate, open daily 10am to 6pm. Neither branch accepts telephone calls from the general public. Instead, dial tel. 030/250025 for hotel reservations within Germany.
