Review of The Little Inn of Bayfield

An interesting getaway

Interesting ambience. The inn is on Lake Huron, back from the lake on a slope above it, somewhat expensive, but with an old Ontario atmosphere that takes you back to the way it was before the present hectic pace of modern day life. There are antique stores nearby, an interesting restaurant in the inn. Insist on a room in the old section and look at it before you agree to take the accommodation, some rooms are quite small. It's a good winter getaway, quiet and peaceful, or a mid-summer weekday break.
