Europe's most unconventional church, The Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Familia is crammed with symbolism inspired by nature and striving for originality. It is Antoni Gaudi's finest work. Work began on this church in 1882 and it is still not complete. Prepare for long line-ups to get up to to the Bell Towers. But do go as the views are amazing. (But don't attempt if you are claustrophobic. www.sagradafamilia.org
