Beach and More

Made it to the beach today. And yes, partook in the European tradition of topless beach-going. First time ever! It was not bad at all, actually kind of nice once you get used to it. (although it took some mustering to go for it!) Hey, when in Rome.....

But the people on the beach--oh my goodness. All the men in speedos, quite a site. Especially the guy who layed by me--fuschia speedo. Yee haw. Oh, and musn't forget the 70 year old in a leopard bikini. good thing I had on sunglasses....

As for other stuff, took the bus tour yesterday, and did it the real way. Saw all kinds of cool stuff. Took about 293752945 pictures. wanted to post some pictures, but it's way expensive to develop film here. In Ramblas news, was this street performer who came around, wasn't great at all, so I only came up with about 25 pesetas for him, and he said \168no sorry, don't take small coins\168 Can you believe it?? To be begging for money and then deny it. I was definitaly miffed. Getting a little pissed off at all the people selling stuff. Gets tiring after so much, you know? I am beat, to say the least. The thing about this city is that you feel bad relaxing--there's so much to see and do that if you take time for yourself it's like...hmmmm, what should I really be doing? All well worth the tiredness though! Must say, B-lona is a great place to be! Very very cool place. I'd recommend it to anyone.
