Horrible place. Everything is out of date, the condo smells, & tried to commit fraud on our credit card 3 times. One was on 'accident' buy over charging us. Then they tried to make us pay for their water problems, then tried to malciously take another $500 from us to recover the cost of their deductible for their faulty maintenance issues.
I recommend to stay away from this property!

The owner of rocky mountain resort management uses deceptive billing, does poor maintainence, and has horrible customer service.
