2008 and 2009: Our wedding and honeymoon

We are looking forward to the next nine months, which will not only involve traveling, but getting married and visiting with family and friends. Our travel plans include the USA, South America, Costa Rica, and Canada.
We are planning on visiting the following places in November and December in the USA:

We are delaying our honeymoon until the end of March and enjoying 2 week in Costa Rica where we hope to explore San Jose, Arenal Volcano, and Puerto Jimenez.
