We woke up this morning to a coating of snow on the ground!

While Jon was at work, I walked around the building for awhile trying to figure out where the laundry room was located.  After walking into someone's unlocked apartment, I decided it would be best to email Eleanor (the previous tenant) to see if she had any insight.

Everyone keeps telling us that you can fly anywhere in Europe for $40 - but I can't seem to find these flights anywhere.  We are looking into flights to London but with Easter coming up in a couple of weeks, we are unsure when we can get the best tickets.  I did however, come up with a list of places/museums/sights (with times that they are open) that I thought Jon & I would be interested in seeing while in London.  We are thinking London should be our first voyage because they speak English there so if we make "traveler mistake" it will be easier to correct in a country where we understand their language and the basics of their culture.

After lunch, I received an email telling me where the washer and dryer is located.  It is really CREEPY down there and there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer.  I thought our mini-stackable washer & dryer at home was small!  This washer/dryer will only do 1/2 of a load that our mini washer/dryer at home could hold!  It took 2 hours to wash and then another 1 - 1.5 hours to dry!  Needless to say, I only did 1 (in the U.S. - small 1/2) load of laundry today!  The rest will have to wait until tomorrow!

For dinner, we had a frozen pizza.  When we went grocery shopping we thought the frozen pizzas looked very gourmet with lots of colorful toppings.  The pizza was really good - though much different than a typical Tombstone pizza!  The mozzerella cheese was milky almost runny.  It was good -just different.

The rest of the night was spent with Jon loading Office onto the computer and I finished a Danielle Steele book, H.R.H.
