Treadmill Travels

In and around World

Atlanta...San Francisco. Kyoto. Tokyo. Shanghai. Beijing. Moscow. St. Petersburg. Helsinki. Stockholm. Copenhagen. Berlin. Barcelona. Paris...Atlanta.

Around the world in 70 days!

Stay tuned to hear about the adventures of our motley group. Feel free to let us know if there is anything you want from the far flung corners of the globe (items smaller than 2" by 2" highly preferred)  or if you want to let Kristin know what mistakes she is making along the way (which she may or may not acknowledge).

We will do our best to keep you posted, although the wireless connection around Lake Baikal is supposedly a bit sketchy.

A safe summer to you all!

Brock and Kristin

Hi Brock and Kristin!! Great to hear from you! Have an ace trip! Can't wait to hear about your ad(and misad)ventures. FYI-If you can't pin the blame on either of you, I think the train system is always a willing and I might add, deserving, scape goat!! esp-in Spain. And then there's always the weather, freak change in the mangetic pull of the earth, evil garden gnomes, etc. Bon Voyage!! K

I'm here the whole way. I want all pictures and insights to Japan. That's the next place, number 19, on my list. Brock I haven't met you yet, but come August I hope to sit down. Kristin, don't forget the Rice Paddy Hat, whatever money or favors it takes so be it. I can cook tempura, sushi, tonkatsu, etc. I'm also adept at Thai and various Chinese dishes, though you both can bring back good suggestions there. Good luck and God speed in your travels. Tell me about the women there....but don't tell my girlfriend, heh.

Also, Berlin is nice, but if you can squeeze it in Bavaria is the best; in my exprience. Reinhesgetbot! Believe, I've have a unnatural love of brew, be it Belgium, German, English, or otherwise (let's not kid ourselves, the Germans are nonsense in all things including beer).

I understand psychotic and vengeful cat attacks. I am more than willing to supply you with Blossom's(our upstairs crazy cat)allergy medicine that the vet assured me works for "behavior" issues. I have a whole prescription (along with pill plunger) since I mistakenly gave Blossom my allergy medicine instead of his. I thought those pills seemed awfully large. Blossoms behavior miraculously improved - I think he knew how mad I was and he thought I was the psychotic one trying to kill him. There was only a minor difference in milligrams - 18 versus 180.
