India...Incredible India...
In and around India
If any of you watch Discovery Channel as often as I do, you too will have been tortured by the amazing ad campaign India has going right now. The arresting images with the final one of the elephant in the river and the haunting, beautiful voice chanting "India...incredible India." It's enough to make you chant Shanti, Shanti, Om. Well, I'm finally in India and it is incredible, though I wanted to visit long before seeing the ads. This will be a three month long trip with my husband and faithful traveling companion, Zach, beginning October 3, 2007, so I will update as often as I can. Sometimes the pictures will be added long after the blog has been posted....oh, technology...bear with me! Namaste.
