A small world tour
In and around World
The germ to travel probably passed into me from my Dad who during his college time traveled a lot around Europe and later rest of the world (he starts to get a kind of itch if he doesn't go somewhere every year). Had done a somewhat decent traveling to places within India and outside earlier but Europe was one place which i really wanted to explore in-depth. I had been to Paris (for 1 day) and Amsterdam(half day) earlier on my way back from Canada & US and i knew i had to come back for a longer time.
Initally the plan was to take 3 weeks off from work and go to Europe(all alone) and see few places , but then something came over me and one fine day (actually the day after i got my bonus) i decided to quit my job and start something of my own and with such a noble though i gave myself another 3 weeks of vacation and added US and Canada to my original plan.
47 days and 9 countries later i am kind of satisfied with what all i have seen, done and learnt in this trip, but then it has left me with this permanent travel itch (which earlier used to happen every now and then) so don't know when i will be on road(or air again).
