A timely introduction to the Islamic world

In and around Egypt

Several college buddies and I set out after a grueling week of freshman finals on the adventure of our lives, making our way through the sands and cities, mountains and beaches of Egypt and the Sinai Peninsula. Needless to say, exploring a land as different as that which we call home, I had no idea what to expect. After three weeks of eye-opening experiences, I was opened up to a refreshingly austere lifestyle and had made many life-long memories.
