A five year long plan has finally been realised. When this is read we have safely arrived at our destination in Langkawi, Malaysia. As we started we only had a starting point and an arrival point firmly set. All the places we visited came more or less as a natural stopping poin on the main route. One big help in selecting the stop overs we got from our former neighbor Truls Holm that took part in the Blue Water Rally some years ago and kindly gave us a copy of his travel report. Another good helper was Mr. Wilhelm Wilhelmsen whos company BARWILL geve us a fantastic help in transitting the Panama Canal. However without the patience and support from my wife HAFFI, who had hardly been saling before, we had less than 200Nm sailing before departure, this trip would not have ben possible.
