Gday and come here now!,
We're setting off on our big journey in early september, heading to Egypt, South Africa, China then to Thailand before ariving in the Big Island down under in time for christmas in the sunshine!
Before we headed off, we had a going away BBQ ! Was great to see everyone one more time before we headed away :0) Of course what can I say about my stylish siesta for a couple of hours from about 1am to 4am to recover from the copious amounts of champagne I drank ... but I have to say that Dale kept going and I did resurface when Ben kindly came in, shook me and told me to get up and go back to my party - cheers Ben, you were dead right, what kind of a host was I that night ??

And so with a last minute roof painting in my house, still trying to sell my car, another few tries at packing those backpacks (Dale didnt seem to have a bother with it and had plenty of room left over !!), lunches and quick goodbyes, we left on sept 12th !
