Merhaba Turkey!
In and around Turkey
Merhaba Turkey means Hello Turkey!
Spent 3 glorious weeks with my three other dear friends Vivi, SK and TWM!
This is my graduation trip; my first time back packing; my first time taking various transport including by plane, ferries, taxis, trams, dolbus; my first time catching Eurovision, my first time hitchhiking, my first time going on a private tour with 2 young tour guides! So many first times here!!
The cosmopolitcan Istanbul; The wonderful volcanic landforms at Cappadocia; Jumping into the Mediterranean Sea; The splendors of Aspendos & Ephesus; Eating kofte, pide, gozleme, breaking the pottery; Coupled with our incessent bridge & tai dee games.. And of course, I will never forget the hospitability of the Turks who are ever so ready to offer a cup of Turkish Tea to us! And special thanks to Ufuk and friends!
This is indeed an experience of a lifetime! I totally enjoyed the time with my three dear friends!!! From our pursuit of the "gon" to AT-ism to the pursuit of the cards and maggi mee eventually. And importantly.. I love Turkiye!! The best place that I have been to!!
