In and around World
I can't count the number of times I've been chatting to people in the pub, and they've told me that they were going travelling around the world. Without ever thinking about it, I would sign up, and we'd spend half the night out making plans for our upcoming adventure. Inevitably, I would wake up the next morning (sometimes a little worse for wear), and think 'Yeah, I'm not really gonna go'. Last December, I met up with the boys I used to live with in Manchester for a few pre-Christmas bevvies. The chat got round to travelling, and once again I found myself agreeing to pack it all in and take off to far distant lands. Only this time it still seemed like a good idea in the morning...
