Langkawi 2007
In and around Malaysia
For this year's family trip, we've selected Langkawi as our destination which turned out to be a heck of a choice! The last time I visited Langkawi was about 5 years ago ( btw, this is my third trip to Langkawi ). Langkawi have changed a lot in 5 years time. It has become a really touristy destination. There are millions of things you can do while in Langkawi - from sightseeing, island hopping, cable car riding. shopping in Kuah to name a few.
Langkawi is the perfect getaway for families or frens looking for a pleasant holidays. Situated off the northwestern coast of Peninsular Malaysia, Pulau Langkawi is the largest among an archipelago of 99 islands. With a resident population of only 54,000, the economy is driven mainly by tourism. A trip to Langkawi is worth every cents of your money.
