Just arrived in Turkey.  Had a great flight.  Didn't get much sleep, but the ride was comfortable.  The hotel staff was the first person I saw when I walked out of the airport.  The guy was really friendly and took me straight to the hotel.  Police are EVERYWHERE!  Every 500 feet down the main roads, there are at least 2-4 police.  Things seem very safe.  The hotel is much smaller than I thought it would be but the room's decent and I have a really cute balcony overlooking the sea.  Overall, things are good.  The weather's great.  Nice and sunny; blue skies above.  Mohamad arrives tomorrow.  I'll keep you posted.

Gen Good morning. I'm at Brents and he is helping me to bring this up.He sends his love.Tell me about those rings. On the news last night their was 9 muslims arrested for converting to christianity.The penalty if they dont convert back to islam is death. The country was Yeman. Hey Genny, I like this site! I am going to sign up for a travel blog too! I was checking in to say hi and see what was new. Hey, I don't know much about Istanbul, but I am assuming it is predominately Muslim from all the mosques. Are there any Christian churches there? Be safe. Love you, Aunt Chris
