What, where and why? India and WaterAid

In and around Liverpool, United Kingdom

Yey, only days to go now before I meet with the other WaterAid supporters and travel to Delhi, can't wait!

These last three months have flown by. Back in November I learnt that my employer MWH (www.mwhglobal.com), as keen WaterAid supporters, had generously agreed to send me on the 2007 WaterAid supporters visit to India.

The trip is an opportunity for WaterAid supporters to see projects first hand and basically be educated about the work which WaterAid does in India. It will give me the chance to visit a number of projects dedicated to providing clean water, sanitation and hygiene education, to some of the poorest and most vulnerable groups in Indian society.

I'm intending to keep this diary updated with photo's and details of what I see during the two week visit. If you've any questions I can answer whilst there please feel free to drop me an e-mail via this site.

Please also visit www.wateraid.org where you can learn about the valuable work which WaterAid does and also make a contribution.

Thanks for reading!

Dan

Hello brother, Missing you and the other "Due South"ers massively but am taking much solace in reading everyone else's perspectives and realising I am not alone. Good job for getting this up so quick and for being very real. Much love, belle xx

Dan.... A very interesting read, which I hope will be supplemented with more tales over a few beers in a pub one day. Take care and keep writing! Regards, Eric
