En Vino Veritas

Rome is great so far! We have been exploring, wandering in the piazzas, and trying to live as the Romans live. The food is amazing, my favorites are the panini, and the pizza. Let's not forget the gelato! I could eat it everyday! I am starting to pick up a little bit of Italian, and I am getting used to not being able to understand what the Italians are saying.

My favorite place, as of right now, is Campo Di Fiori. There are great bars, great people, and lots of things to do, eat, and see. We haven't really seen a lot of the famous piazzas, but the piazzas in Campo Di Fiori were great. We also went to the colloseum, the circus maximus, and the palatino. All great places to see. We are trying to get out to the vatican this week, but it takes a large chunk of the day, and we have been very tired. I have walked more here in the past week than I did all summer long in the states. It is really really hot too. I would say it has been in the mid 90's all week. It is cooling off finally.
