Africa-Subject to Change*
In and around South Africa
After spending 10 weeks in Plettenberg Bay with Nick's family and friends, we will travel for about 18 months (or until the money runs out) throughout Africa. First we plan to further explore southern Africa- the Wild Coast, Swaziland, Lesotho and San Lucia with Jamie and then make our way up the coast of Mozambique to Malawi. After sailing up Lake Malawi, we will travel by land to Tanzania with the goal of trying to climb Mount Kilimanjaro at the end of February/early March. For some R&R, we head to Zanzibar and then to Madagascar. In mid april/early May, it will be back to further explore Tanzania and Kenya. The mountain gorilla safari will hopefully be scheduled for June or July during the dry season in Uganda. Afterwards it will be off the west Africa with our trip ending in Morocco. As Nick says, "*it's all subject to change"
