World Trip - Going Westside!

Okey Dokey - Myself and Jen are attempting to do a round the world trip and, if all being well, return one year later without dreadlocks! I have been scrimping and saving for ages and finally, after counting down the days since april (when we booked) I am about to go and blow all my hard earned cash! CAN'T WAIT!

The trip basically looks like this:

• LA for 4 days
• Fiji for 3 weeks
• New Zealand for 5 weeks
• Australia for 8 months
• South East Asia (malaysia,Borneo ,Thailand, Laos etc...) for 2 months.

Because I don't have endless amounts of funds, once in Australia i will need to work for a bit which is why we have decided to spend 8 months there. I want to work in sydney for around 4 months and get to know the city pretty well - this is where i will be for Christmas and New Year. The idea is then to get on and spend the next 4 months checking out what the rest of Australia has to offer - and from what i have been told, there is quite a lot!!

After Oz we fly to singapore and spend 2 months in south east asia with Borneo (for orangutans), Kuala Lumpur, Loas, vietnam, and thailand all on the cards. Finally i expect to spend some 'alone time' buying gadgets in bangkok before coming back to the UK. So thats the trip. It is likely that some of these plans will change so watch this space!
