My Visit to Sikkim
In and around Gangtok, India
I wanted to visit Sikkim for quite some time.Heard a lot of the small mountain state----its clean,its beautiful,its a place of waterfalls.
So managed it after a long time.Now, the best way to travel the state is to hire a car. The driver can act as guide too.The roads are narrow, dangerous , so exciting. Sometimes they go right thru a waterfall or you can stop the car to step into one.Gantok is now the capital of the state.Its accessible from NJP by car, its long drive of about 5 hrs.
Relax after the drive for the first day and start travelling from the next day. That`s what i did.
