BHUTAN: Himalayan Dream

In and around Bhutan

Bhutan is the most amazing place I have ever travelled to. I have been there three times - and each trip just gets better and better.

I travelled with a company called Bhutan Travel Bureau - and they are the best! I can highly recommend them to anyone who wants to travel there.

www.btb.com.bt

It is a great web site - heaps of photos and great info.

Tours to Bhutan seem expensive - but for the money you get all meals, hotels, a personal guide and personal driver. And it is so worth every cent!!! You can not travel to Bhutan without going through a tour company - and they all cost the same - it is regulated by the government.

Great post on Bhutan. We’ve been interested in the people, the culture, the lovely land of Bhutan for some time now. Be sure and check out our blog for some additional info on Bhutan’s series of intimate lodges called Amankora. (Four lodges make up Amankora in Bhutan’s central and western valleys).
