Thailand internship adventure 2006
In and around World
I've been wanting to study abroad since I began college, and the last 7 semesters have only made me itch to get the heck out of the US. My college partners with the college of Agriculture to take students to the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) for 3 months. I wanted to go to India originally, but the health hazards were a deterrent. Everyone I spoke to voted for Thailand over India, so here I am. Maybe India comes next...
I'm interested in sociology, public and social policy, the environment, peace and justice studies, and language. This trip is going to synthesize all of those in an amazing way.
