Europe, I will rock you like a hurricane

In and around Europe

Here I am.  Rock you like a hurricane.  For those of you that don't recognize the reference...I feel for you.  My name is Megan, let me start with some basic facts about myself and basic reasons for this blog.  1) I've never had a blog and I hate all that myspace crap...I will say now, that I don't even know if I'll keep up with this, but I'll try.  2) A large reason for this blog is to let my parents know I'm still alive; my friends either don't care or have seen my kung fu and know that I'll be alright.  3) I've never had a great track record with keeping journals, etc.  but again, with the motivation of keeping my parents from sending courier pigons to find me, I will try.  Also, it would be nice to have some sort of documentation from this trip so when I'm old I can remember it.  4) On this trip there will be two of us.  All references to "Miranda" are to...my dear friend Miranda.  Miranda and I both graduated from Ohio State University in Medical Dietetics.  Luckily we are both fun, flexible and are each inflicted with a horrible case of the travel bug.  Our plans are travel for a month in Europe, live in Scotland for the remaining 5, and take long weekends to wherever we can afford.  Let the packing begin!!!!
