Two Months in Europe
In and around Europe
Almost a year ago I embarked on a great trip I had been dreaming about for years. I went back to Italy, the country where I was born and raised, and took my American boyfriend with me. Everything was new and different to him and seeing Europe through his eyes made me understand many things I had never noticed when I lived there.
We had a great time. We traveled mainly through Northern Italy, Switzerland and France, covering only a few of the places I had in mind.
Being away for two months was expensive, even though we stayed with family and friends a lot - but luckily I was sending a weekly article to the daily newspaper back home to support our wine drinking habit.
