Ethiopia in a Week

It's just 4 days away now.  I'm going for my final shots today and Nick goes on Thursday.  I'm making a list of things to do / bring.  Top of list...what do you think... if you know me you can guess... it's what I say I'm going to do before I leave on any trip (but usually do not do)... yes - I need to clean my room though throw out the piles in my room is probably a better description.  Do we take bets on whether this will happen?  I think the Malaria pill is keeping me up at night so this just may occur.

Anyway, hope to keep people posted on the trip.  We have no set plans other than arriving in Addis Ababa on Sunday, staying at the Queen of Sheba overnight and flying out Monday.  I know we want to visit Axum, Gonder (sounds like a place from LOTR), and Lalibela.  This is something I've never experienced before but am thankful that Nick, my traveling buddy, has lots of experience.
