Alice Springs to Darwin

Its a further 1600 klms to Darwin from Alice, and as I had planned to see quite a bit at the top end it seemed to make sense to go overland as my original plan was to travel across Australia from bottom to top. So this would complete this part of the jigsaw.

It was a toss up between the Gan Train or a bus and see something, with hind site the Gan was probably a better option but its impossible to get it right all the time.
