We paid $30 a night in June, and got the kind of room you'd expect at that price. Since our plans didn't include spending much time in the hotel room, it wasn't a problem for us but I wouldn't pay much more than that. If you're looking to stay at this hotel, it's actually located in Absecon, about 15 minutes from the AC beach.
