The contemporary sky-lit lobby sits next to the historic, attractive lounges that were part of the original 1752 building. Guest rooms are, by comparison, quite plain, featuring light woods, plaid bedspreads, and windows overlooking a busy street below. If you can get one of its frequent Internet bargain rates, this can be a well-priced option, but at full rack rate, it's not great value for the money.
