"Up you go."
The view is of course incredible. It was not crowded, I think only $12 to go up and well worth the visit to this icon of modern times.

More information on Space Needle
Once the tallest building west of the Mississippi River, the Space Needle soars over 600 feet high, and is Seattle's most recognizable landmark. Take a elevator ride to the observation deck - at 520 feet high, you'll see spectacular views of Mout Rainer, the Cascade Mountains, the Seattle skyline and more. The tower was built for the 1962 World's Fair and is located in the Seattle Center, home of the Experience Music Project and other popular tourist attractions.
