Starting as a local area food festival for downtown restaurants in 1984, this Buffalo Place-sponsored extravaganza has grown into the second largest culinary festival in the country. Over 500,000 are attracted to the downtown core to sample food from some 50 participating restaurants, offering 150 local delicacies from Buffalo wings to Polish sausage.
